Email Connection's i2Wayform allows companies to send a form such as a questionnaire, subscription form and an 'update your information form'. The 2 way form allows the customer to complete the form off line and click on send where the information on the form is sent in a data format to the company, which is integrated into the company's required system. This eliminates manual capture and finger trouble, which is both time consuming and can be costly.
An i2wayform is different from an online form which has to be filled in online. These forms are completed by the user offline saving them on bandwidth related costs and the pressure of having all information on hand. When the user has completed the form they click submit and the completed data is submitted.
