All Email Connection's document delivery and archiving systems allow for the receiving of scanned documents from the client in multiple data formats that are automatically matched to electronically generated documents to provide complete and comprehensive information to all users e.g. Email Connection's system can link the electronic statement to all imaged Proof of Delivery/Invoice documents so the user can easily find all Proof of Delivery/Invoices related to that Statement.
