Email Connection is an e-mail and SMS messaging company that distributes emails and SMS messages on behalf of clients, using the client's own database.

Anti-spam

Email Connection adheres to the principles of permission marketing and does not knowingly send out messages to databases where customers have not willingly agreed to receive those messages. Should Email Connection be informed that a database has been acquired for the use of spam, we will investigate immediately and take corrective action.

Tracking

Email Connection uses the IP address of members to gather broad demographic information. This information is only used for research and statistical purposes and is never linked back to the end recipient.

Sharing information

Email Connection does not rent, sell, or share personal information about any member on any customer list with any parties other than the originating client and acts only within the course of business activity approved by the client.

Databases Remain Confidential

Email Connection adheres to the confidentiality of each and every client and guarantees the privacy of customer information provided in databases. Customer information remains the property of each client and will not be given or shared with any other company or individual.

Security

Email Connection has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our management. Email Connection employees are made aware of all security policies and understand the importance of protecting such information.

Unsubscribe / Opt-out

Email Connection provides members of any database the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from any of our clients.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement and other places we deem appropriate.
