The EMC integrated SMS module is a powerful customer interaction tool that seamlessly integrates with any of Email Connection EMC E services.
Application and integration with each of the EMC E services include:
E-bills
An SMS is sent to the recipient of an E-bill notifying them that they have been sent their E-bill to the following e-mail address and providing a summary of the E-bill e.g the balance owing on your statement is R2000 with R1000 in current and R1000 in 30 days.
If an e-mail bounces the system will automatically send the recipient an SMS notifying them of the unsuccessful delivery with the reason and action required to enable them to receive the E-bill
E-payslips
An SMS is sent to users of the system with their password to access their payslip securely and the user can also change their password by SMS.
The user can be notified by SMS when their payslip is available and provide a summary of the information if required.
E-notification
An SMS is sent to the recipient of an E-notification notifying them that they have been sent their E-notification to the following e-mail address and providing a summary of the E-notification.
If an e-mail bounces, the system will automatically send the recipient an SMS notifying them of the unsuccessful delivery, with the reason and action required to enable them to receive the E-notification.
